1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing online from Kitchenequipment.be, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

Timeline: The 14-day period starts from the date you receive your goods. If you order multiple items in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the final item.

2. Legal Guarantee (Minimum 2 Years)

All products sold by Kitchenequipment.be come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers:

  • Products that are not fit for their intended purpose

For Second-Hand Items: Second-hand products come with a minimum 1-year guarantee, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

  2. Refund: If repair or replacement is impossible or causes you significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a full or partial refund

Return Process

Inspection and Testing
