Account & Identity Data
Name, email address, password (hashed), phone number, business name and VAT number (for sellers), persona type (buyer, seller, technician, chef).
Transaction Data
Order history, payment method details (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), billing and shipping addresses, invoice data including VAT information.
Usage & Behavioural Data
Product views, search queries, cart interactions, voice assistant queries (anonymized), session data, device type, browser, and IP address.
Communications Data
Messages sent through our chat system, support tickets, reviews, and any other correspondence with KEB.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing necessary to fulfill your orders and provide our services.
Compliance with Belgian tax law, VAT records, and anti-money laundering requirements.
Fraud prevention, platform security, improving our services, and direct marketing to existing customers.
Marketing emails to new subscribers, optional analytics cookies, and voice interaction recordings for quality improvement.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — Payment processing (data transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Google Cloud — Hosting and AI services (data stored in europe-west1, Belgium)
- Sellers on KEB — Your shipping address and order details are shared with the seller fulfilling your order
- Logistics partners — Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address
- Belgian authorities — Where required by law
