We deliver professional kitchen equipment across Belgium and the European Union. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, which is typically within 1 business day of order confirmation.
Free Shipping in Belgium on Orders Over €150
For standard (up to 30 kg) items delivered to a Belgian address. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the order total including VAT, after any discounts.

Heavy & Oversized Equipment (Over 30 kg)
Professional kitchen equipment such as commercial ovens, walk-in refrigeration units, and large cooking ranges requires specialist delivery handling. For items over 30 kg or with oversized dimensions:
- A dedicated logistics specialist will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a convenient delivery window (Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 CET).
- Two-person delivery teams are used for heavy items. Ground-floor delivery is included; upper-floor or indoor placement may incur an additional fee.
- Please ensure clear access to the delivery location and, where applicable, that existing equipment has been disconnected and moved before delivery.
- Installation services by certified technicians are available for an additional fee — ask our team for a quote.

Packaging & Transit Insurance
All orders are professionally packaged to protect equipment during transit. Equipment valued over €500 is automatically covered by transit insurance at no extra cost. For items of particularly high value, additional insurance can be arranged at checkout.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, photograph the damage upon delivery and report it within 48 hours to support@kitchenequipment.be. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for what to do next.
Shipping Outside the EU
Currently, KEB ships only within the European Union. We are working on expanding our shipping coverage. If you are located outside the EU and are interested in our products, please contact us at international@kitchenequipment.be to discuss options.
